It was clean, quiet, and a great location! Hotel employee checked us in, she was friendly and helpful. Shes by far the best customer service Ive had anywhere.

Very nice. Bed was great. No breakfast as they have a already have a restaurant. No microwave in rooms. Its 10.00 a day if you want one.They have a free one on alternating floors.Staff very helpful and friendly.

We were expecting a nice renovated hotel, as they boasted but we got a polished pile of poo. Starting with the customer service. The front desk supervisor obviously hates her job and couldn't care less about the customer experience.

I love that 88 oaks and Starbucks was in the hotel! The aroma of the hotel was a pleasant smell when you first come in.
